Studied Marketing and Management at Poznan University of Technology, specialized in industrial marketing and market research. Since 1998 his profession has been connected with opinion and market research. Since then he has conducted several hundred of research projects based on various research methods, both quantitative and qualitative. He has many years’ experience in project teams managing. His favorite research fields are: segmentation and customer satisfaction studies.

Studied Sociology at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. Since 2001 her profession has been connected with opinion and market research. Since then she has carried out several dozen of research projects based on various research methods, including international projects. She has wide experience in planning, conducting and analyzing market and social studies – both qualitative and quantitative. Her favorite research fields are: product as well as customer habits and attitudes.
